Are you an authorized Goldfinger distributor?

Yes. E & D Trading, Inc. is an authorized Goldfinger distributor. We stock new Goldfinger monitors, sell Goldfinger replacement parts, and repair Goldfinger monitors that are out of warranty.

Do the monitors come with a warranty?

New units carry the 3-year manufacturer warranty from Goldfinger. In-warranty claims are handled by Goldfinger directly. Once a monitor is outside that window we repair it here at our own bench.

What does an out-of-warranty repair cost?

Bench labor is $65 plus parts — not a flat rate. We quote the parts before any work starts, so you approve the total first.

What is your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked. Return any new item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Call (877) 922-6707 or email orders@endtrading.com for a return authorization and we take it from there.

How do I buy?

What is the difference between the 2-series and 4-series item numbers?

Item numbers beginning with 2 are standard or OEM panels, usually infrared touch. Item numbers beginning with 4 use the extruded frame, usually with the LED halo and PCAP touch. A few configurations cross over — the configuration table on each product page shows the exact frame and touch type per item number.
