Who we are
Goldfinger Direct is operated by E & D Trading, Inc., 2011 Liberty Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. This site is a product catalog and service desk — it has no user accounts and no on-site checkout, so there is very little for it to collect in the first place.
What we collect
What you give us. When you call, email, WhatsApp us or place an order, we receive the details you share: your name, contact information, shipping address and the equipment you are asking about. We use it to answer you, fulfil the order or repair, and keep basic business records.
What is collected automatically. The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages get used — approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Your dark-mode preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
Cookies and analytics
The only cookies on this site are set by Google Analytics for anonymous usage measurement. You can block them with any cookie or content blocker and every page keeps working.
What we share — and what we do not
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), Google Analytics, payment processing and shipping carriers when you place an order. Purchases completed on our store, BillAcceptors.us, are additionally covered by the privacy notice published there. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.
Security and retention
Order and repair records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require, then disposed of. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law does not require us to keep it. Email orders@endtrading.com or call (877) 922-6707 and we will handle it.
Third parties and children
Links to other sites — including Goldfinger and BillAcceptors.us — are governed by those sites' own policies. This site sells commercial equipment and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
