Who you are dealing with
Goldfinger Direct is a storefront of E & D Trading, Inc., 2011 Liberty Street, Hollywood, FL 33020 — an authorized Goldfinger reseller and an independent service provider. We are not the manufacturer. Goldfinger is a trademark of its respective owner; product names and item numbers are used for identification only. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Catalog accuracy and pricing
Specifications come from the manufacturer's published documentation and prices are in USD. We work hard to keep both right, but errors and changes happen — prices and availability may change without notice, and we confirm the current price with you before any order is charged. Where a configuration shows no price, it is stocked to order: call for a quote.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed by phone at (877) 922-6707, by email to orders@endtrading.com, or through our store, BillAcceptors.us, where checkout takes place. Transactions completed on BillAcceptors.us are also subject to the policies published there. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim against the carrier.
Returns
New items may be returned under our 30-day return policy, which is part of these terms.
Warranty and repairs
New units carry the 3-year manufacturer warranty from Goldfinger; the warranty is the manufacturer's, and in-warranty claims are handled by Goldfinger directly. E & D Trading, Inc. provides no warranty of its own on new equipment beyond the return policy above. Out-of-warranty repair work is a service billed at $65 labor plus parts, quoted before we proceed, and covered by a workman-like service standard rather than the return policy.
Use of this site
The site's text, photography and design belong to E & D Trading, Inc. or its licensors. You may browse, print and share pages for ordinary business purposes; you may not republish the catalog wholesale or misrepresent an affiliation with us or with Goldfinger.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, E & D Trading, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or equipment purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item or service concerned. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law and changes
